Lana Rowe

Lana Rowe trained in Lansing, MI for 15 years where she studied under Anita Forman, M.R.A.D., Cecchetti Council of America; Pamela Dunworth, M.R.A.D., Cecchetti Council of America, Director of the Fairlane Ballet Company in Dearborn, MI; and Jack Dunworth, gymnastics coach.
She taught in Lansing for 3 years and then began teaching in Northern Michigan in 1978 where she established Alden Dance Academy, LLC in 1985.
She has performed in The Music Man, Carousel, and Oliver! and also served as a past Miss Elk Rapids Pageant choreographer. In addition, she choreographed Old Town Playhouse (Traverse City, MI) musical productions of The Wizard of Oz, The Greatest American Backstage Musical, Free To Be You And Me, as well as Elk Rapids Players Don’t Hug Me-A Christmas Carol.
Adrian Chisholm

Adrian Chisholm began her dance training at the age of two at Alden Dance Academy, studying under Lana Rowe and Anita Forman, M.R.A.D, Cecchetti Council of America. She continued her classical training under the direction of ballet master Thomas Morris at Alma College where she received her BFA in Theatre and Dance.
As an Alma College Dance Company member, dancing on scholarship, she was given performance opportunities in numerous classical pieces. Her classical repertoire includes The Nutcraker, Coppelia, Swan Lake, Paquita and Grand Tarantella, among many others.
In addition to her classical training, Adrian has worked with the Eisenhower Dance Company, the Jose Limon Company and the Dance Theatre of Harlem.
